Victor Garcia is the founder and managing member of Seneca Land Investments. We are not a big corporation trying to make a profit in any which way. We are not land brokers looking to list your property, we’re land investors who are ready to buy it today!

We are a brother and sister team that just look and talk about land all day! Victor Garcia, spent many years evaluating and developing multiple vacant pieces of land all over the Eastern portion of the U.S.
Our company name was actually inspired by Lucius Annaeus Seneca, the ancient Roman stoic philosopher. One principle belief of stoicism is to be moral and hard working in order make our society better. This school of philosophy influences in some form or fashion, the way in which Seneca Land Investments acts as a business.
